1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp honey (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
