Crockpot barbecue ribs

  Here's a recipe for crockpot barbecue ribs:

Ingredients:

- 2 racks of pork baby back ribs

- 1 cup barbecue sauce

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 2 teaspoons paprika

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and cut the racks in half.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. Place the ribs in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, making sure they are fully coated.

4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.

5. Preheat the oven to broil.

6. Carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet.

7. Brush with additional barbecue sauce and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
