Ingredients:

- 1 package of Oreo cookies

- 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream, softened

- 1/4 cup of hot fudge sauce

Instructions:

1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are finely ground.


2. In a large bowl, mix together the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well combined.


3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.


4. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the Oreo crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.


5. Drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the top of the ice cream.


6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.


7. When ready to serve, remove the Oreo Ice Cream Cake from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.


8. Remove the sides of the springform pan and slice the cake into pieces.
