Ingredients:

- 1 pound of ground beef

- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1 pound of fettuccine pasta

- 2 cups of marinara sauce

- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.


2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.


3. Shape the beef mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.


4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until fully cooked.


5. While the meatballs are cooking, cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions.


6. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.


7. Add the marinara sauce to the pot and toss to coat the pasta.


8. Serve the Fettuccine and Meatballs with the sauce and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
