BOMBOM PAVÊ


Ingredients


1 package of cornstarch biscuits (200g)

Kinder Bueno® and chocolate flavor ice cream topping to decorate


White cream

2 cans of condensed milk

2 cups of milk (tea)

2 egg yolks

3 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons margarine

1 cup of whipped cream


Nutella cream

1 cup of Nutella

1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate

2 cups of whipped cream


Method of preparation

For the cream, place a pan over medium heat with the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks, cornstarch and margarine, stirring until it thickens. Let cool and mix in the whipped cream. Reserve.

Blend the Nutella cream ingredients in a blender until smooth. In a medium ovenproof dish, make layers of Nutella cream, cornstarch biscuits and white cream, ending with white cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Decorate with Kinder Bueno, cover and serve.
