BBQ ribs

  BBQ ribs are a popular American dish that consists of pork or beef ribs that are cooked using a barbecue sauce or dry rub. The ribs are typically slow-cooked over low heat until they become tender and flavorful. 

 Here's a recipe for BBQ Ribs that you can try:


Ingredients:

- 2 racks of baby back ribs

- 1/2 cup of brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon of paprika

- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon of onion powder

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup of ketchup

- 1/4 cup of honey

- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 275°F.


2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.


3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.


4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them tightly with foil.


5. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until they are tender.


6. In a small saucepan, mix together the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.


7. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until it has thickened slightly.


8. Remove the ribs from the oven and uncover them.


9. Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce and return them to the oven, uncovered.


10. Bake the ribs for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce has caramelized and the ribs are glazed.


11. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
